

Barbossa’s Delight
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Navy Strength Rum
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz. Demerara Syrup (2:1)
- 1 oz. Apple Brandy
- 1 Dash of Bitters
- 2 oz. Dry Hard Cider (float)
Instructions
Hard shake ingredients for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass and then top with hard cider. Garnish with bitters, bourbon cherry speared through a dehydrated lemon wheel, and a fancy straw.
