Barbossa’s Delight


  • 1 oz. Navy Strength Rum
  • ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz. Demerara Syrup (2:1)
  • 1 oz. Apple Brandy
  • 1 Dash of Bitters
  • 2 oz. Dry Hard Cider (float)


Hard shake ingredients for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass and then top with hard cider. Garnish with bitters, bourbon cherry speared through a dehydrated lemon wheel, and a fancy straw.
