Field Gin Fizz
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Journeyman Field Gin
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ oz. Pear Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg white
- Star Anise, for garnish
Instructions
Combine ingredients and dry shake. Add ice to shaker and wet shake until froth forms. Strain into a Collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with Star Anise.
