Fruits of Labor
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Journeyman Bilberry Black Hearts Gin
- 6 Fresh raspberries
- ½ Lemon (quartered)
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
- 3 oz. Sparkling water or wine
- Lemon, for garnish
Instructions
Muddle and shake all ingredients except the sparkling water well with ice. Double-strain into an ice-filled wine glass. Top with sparkling water or wine. Garnish with lemon.
