Ingredients
- 2 oz. Journeyman Not a King Rye
- 1 oz. Amaro Ramazotti
- ½ oz. Demerara
- ½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz. Byrrh Grand Quinquina (float on top)
Instructions
Shake all ingredients except the Byrrh Grand Quinquina. Double-strain into a rocks glass with a large ice sphere or cube. Float the Byrrh Grand Quinquina on top.
