Strawberry Basil Punnet
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Journeyman Bilberry Black Hearts Gin
- ½ oz. Grapefruit juice
- ½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz. Honey syrup (1:1 honey-water ratio)
- 3 Basil leaves
- 1 Strawberry, quartered
Instructions
Muddle the basil leaves. Add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Transfer into a wine glass and garnish with a strawberry slice.
