Strawberry Basil Punnet


  • 2 oz. Journeyman Bilberry Black Hearts Gin
  • ½ oz. Grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz. Honey syrup (1:1 honey-water ratio)
  • 3 Basil leaves
  • 1 Strawberry, quartered


Muddle the basil leaves. Add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Transfer into a wine glass and garnish with a strawberry slice.
