Starting June 1st, we’re kicking off Cocktails for a Cause, our monthly community giveback spotlighting local organizations creating real impact. Every month brings a fresh cause, a featured cocktail, and another reason to raise your glass. Order our featured drink, and we’ll donate a portion of the proceeds directly to the highlighted organization.
We’re proud to call Northwest Indiana our second home—and even prouder to champion the people who make it stronger. From youth programs and education to animal rescue and community outreach, this initiative is our way of giving back to the changemakers right here in our backyard.

AUGUST: LAKESHORE PAWS
Raising a glass for Lakeshore PAWS—a volunteer-driven, nonprofit rescue in Valparaiso, Indiana, dedicated to finding loving homes for abandoned and unwanted dogs throughout Northwest Indiana. Since its founding in 2011, Lakeshore PAWS has helped over 8,200 dogs find their forever families, guided by values of compassion, community, advocacy, and results. With a 98.8% save rate in 2024, they provide medical care, behavioral support, and a second chance to dogs in need.

SEPTEMBER: INDIANA DUNES TOURISM
Indiana Dunes Tourism serves as the official destination marketing organization for the Indiana Dunes area, working to attract visitors by promoting the region’s unique assets. A central goal is to extend visitor stays, encouraging deeper exploration and greater engagement with local businesses.
The organization highlights the area’s distinctive combination of natural beauty—such as the dunes and Lake Michigan shoreline—and its industrial heritage. Emphasizing sustainable tourism, Indiana Dunes Tourism advocates for responsible travel practices to help preserve the landscape for future generations. Through active community engagement, it also fosters local involvement in protecting and celebrating the dunes.

OCTOBER: PINK RIBBON SOCIETY
The Pink Ribbon Society is dedicated to supporting individuals from underserved communities who may lack access to critical breast health services. Through a range of offerings—including screening and diagnostic mammograms, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds—they help ensure early detection and treatment of breast cancer. Beyond medical support, the organization provides both practical assistance and emotional care to individuals and families affected by the disease. Community engagement is central to their mission, with events like the Survivors’ Celebration raising awareness and fostering solidarity. By partnering with organizations like the Legacy Foundation and the Pink Ribbon Foundation, they expand their impact and reach. Above all, the Pink Ribbon Society is committed to overcoming financial and systemic barriers to care, ensuring equitable access for all.
