We are turning a part of our Michigan distillery into a tropical paradise for a Polynesian-inspired Chef’s Dinner that will transport your taste buds to an island getaway. Chef Salas and bartender Natisha Wlodarczyk are teaming up to create flavorful, island-inspired dishes paired with top-notch drinks. Join us with your friends, dress in festive attire, and enjoy an evening of delicious food, refreshing drinks, hula dancers, and a fire show.


Polynesian Pig Buffet

  • Roasted Pork Loin: Roast Pineapple
  • Pulled Pork: Polynesian BBQ Sauce, Hawaiian rolls
  • Pork Cracklings

Cold Buffet

  • Shrimp Poke: Avocado, Sesame Seaweed salad, Wonton Strips
