Crafted with our very own Journeyman Limoncello, this citrus-forward silk is nestled in a toasted pistachio crust and finished with hand-whipped cream and pistachio crumble. Bright, balanced, and made from scratch.

Pitt-Spitter Cherry Chocolate Pie – $45
Rich cherry jam, made with our Pit-Spitter cherry whiskey and fresh cherries, brings bright flavor to this chocolate-forward pie. Set in a graham cracker crust and topped with a silky chocolate filling, hand-whipped cream, and dark chocolate shavings—it’s bold, balanced, and made entirely from scratch.
