‘From Grain to Glass’: First-ever Michigan Craft Distillers Festival to be held in Monroe
MONROE, Mich. — The inaugural Michigan Craft Distillery Festival will be held in Monroe next month, according to a press release from the organization.
On Sept. 11, 12 and 13, the Michigan Craft Distillers Association, among several other organizations, will showcase their craft and offer a variety of distilling programs and tastings in Monroe. The event will include cocktail crafting, music, food and tastings, among other things.
Distilleries from around the state of Michigan will be present at the event, which will take place in Monroe’s historic downtown and River Raisin waterfront. Some of the distilleries present at the festival are as follows:
- Ann Arbor Distilling Co.
- Detroit City Distillery
- Grand Traverse Distillery
- Gypsy Distillery – High Five Spirits
- Iron Fish Distillery
- Journeyman Distilling
- Les Cheneaux Distillery
- Long Road Distillers
- Mammoth Distilling
- New Holland Brewing
- Two James Spirits
- Wonderland Distilling
Single-day admission to the festival is $30, while two-day admission is $50. A three-day VIP ticket and exclusive bourbon experience costs $175, according to the festival’s website.
