In an incredible opportunity to collaborate with the iconic Field Museum, Journeyman has created a Gin, Vodka, and Rye in celebration of the museums 125th anniversary. Journeyman set out to honor the museum and Chicago’s history by utilizing botanicals that were introduced at the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition in Chicago – the same year the museum originated. Journeyman was provided a list of over 1,500 different botanicals and plants currently housed by the museum and originally collected in 1893. The list narrowed to 50, and then down to the final 27.

The 27 unique and historical botanicals have created a diversified and truly complex gin that reflects the amazing history of the Field Museum and the City of Chicago. Take a step back in time with this turn of the century gin.
